  • You select the lighting, the music and the ambiance.
  • Serve wines from your own cellar that pair well with the food being served, or ask Chef JoAnna for pairing suggestions.
  • You set the pace, because nobody is waiting for your table.
  • Enjoy a cigarette or a cigar at your leisure.

Chef JoAnna will arrive several hours before the meal is to be served and begin preparing your food. Everything is prepared "from scratch", using the finest ingredients available, based on your budget. Servers, if requested, will arrive to polish glassware, set the table, chill wines, arrange flowers and make sure that service will go smoothly.

When your guests arrive, serve drinks and pass hors d'oeuvres in the living room, on the deck or poolside. At the appointed time, usher guests into the dining room to begin the first course.

After the entrée has been served, there's no need to rush into dessert immediately following dinner. You can choose to move to the living room for more comfortable conversation, more wine, followed by liqueurs, coffee and dessert. The timing and manner of service is completely up to you.

Linger over coffee and cocktails as long as you like. My staff and I will leave your kitchen spotless and package any leftovers.
