JoAnna Minneci left a career in Human Resources management and consulting to pursue her dream of becoming a chef. She studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Los Angeles, earning a 4.0 GPA while establishing "Chef JoAnna" as a brand for her in-home catering and personal chef service. Her food is delicious, her menus creative, her presentations are clean and elegant, and her fun personality and lively sense of humor keep her clients coming back over and over.

Chef JoAnna lets the artistry of beautifully prepared food be the focus of your buffet. Decorations, if desired, are always tasteful and appropriate...and never get in your guests' way.



You don't need to have your own platters, serviceware or chafing dishes, Chef JoAnna can bring everything to your home. All her equipment is in perfect condition and everything matches.



For larger events, you and the Chef can decide what extra plates, glassware and flatware you'll need to set your tables... and if you need more tables and chairs, no problem, everything can be rented.

Formal Dining (Plated dinners, served in multiple courses, for up to 12 guests)

What should you expect from having Chef JoAnna as your Personal Chef?

Chef JoAnna will interview you over the phone to get a feel for your tastes and to ask about what your kitchen is like. She will do a brief inventory of your cooking appliances and help you decide how you want your food served.



Based on your needs, Chef JoAnna will arrange an appointment where she will help you create a menu that best suits your event, your tastes, your cooking appliances and dining space. You will always have final approval on the menu.



Chef JoAnna will do everything from "Breakfast in Bed" to "A Marriage Proposal on the Beach"



Because the cooking is done in your home, where you can see exactly how it's done. You know that everything is being made FRESH before your eyes.|



You & your guests are safe and protected. Chef JoAnna has current Safety & Sanitation certification, and is insured by The Hartford Insurance.

Gift Certificates

• Chef JoAnna will ask you for all the details about your intended gift recipient, compose a lovely paper certificate or create an online certificate you can deliver via email.
  
  
• Everything can be brought on site...so if the location isn't equipped, no worries, Chef JoAnna has got the situation covered!
  
  
• Chef JoAnna will shop for everything, prepare all the food on site from scratch, & leave the kitchen spotless.
  
  
• You can set a budget and the Chef will compose a complete meal (3 courses)...
  or... you can set a dollar amount and let them choose to add to it if they like...|
  or... you can pay a deposit and Chef JoAnna will charge you the remainder.
