You've gone to a lot of trouble to make your home the welcoming haven that it is. Lovely decor, exquisite china, luxurious seating... Why not invite your guests into your home, instead of taking them out to a restaurant?

Discover the luxury of having a private chef prepare a gourmet meal for you in the comfort of your own home.

• Serve wines from your own cellar that pair well with the food being served.
• Instruct servers to set the pace, because nobody is waiting for your table.
• Enjoy a cigarette or a cigar at your leisure.

Chef JoAnna will arrive several hours before the meal is to be served and begin preparing your food. Everything is prepared "from scratch", using the finest ingredients available, based on your budget.

Servers, bartenders and other staff, if requested, will arrive later, to polish glassware, set the table, chill wines, arrange flowers and make sure that service will go smoothly. When guests arrive, the staff will serve drinks and pass hors d'Oeuvres in the living room, on the deck or poolside. At the appointed time, they will usher guests into the dining room to begin the first course.

After the entrée has been served, you can choose to move to the living room for more comfortable conversation and more wine, eventually followed by coffee and dessert, or choose to have dessert at the table immediately following dinner. The timing and manner of service is completely up to you.

Linger over coffee and cocktails as long as you like. My staff and I will leave your kitchen spotless and package any leftovers.
